We recently received a grant to start our WEEP project (Women’s Economic Empowerment) project. We are currently working with 35 new referrals of women at risk of child separation due to poverty. We provide them with training and a small business start up fund to help them get on their feet. For many of these women, they will be reunited with the children who are currently in orphanages.
